I was thrilled with the trade-in allowance and we started the paperwork. After about two hours (total!), I drove my new Eos home!! Lynn ‘jumped through hoops’ to help me out with some of the paperwork, and even though we didn’t end up needing the ‘special favor’ – it was greatly appreciated that she was willing to work that hard for our convenience.
