I am very pleased with the way I was treated at Northtowne VW by Trey. Of course he had no way of knowing that I was a serious customer, but he listened to what I had in mind, showed me the Tiguan Northtowne VW by Trey. He is very enthusiastic about VW's and very knowledgeable. He was optimistic that the car that I wanted would be available, and when I called asking about availability, he found my car, exactly what I wanted, at another dealer. After the paperwork and getting the car to KC, he delivered it to me-65 miles. And he carefully exxplained and demonstrated the "bells and whistles". I do not yet know what my experience will be with service, but I am hopeful. I was somewhat disappointed in the trade value of my car. We have been in the market for a mini van for a while, until we found one at Northtowne VW. We were excited to go and see Didi again. He has always been helpful, NOT PUSHY" at all, friendly and courteous. until we found one at Northtowne VW. We were excited to go and see Didi again. It had small crack on the head light lens. We were surprised that the part was ordered the same day and the lens was replaced the next business day and Didi even dropped the van back to my work. We are gratefully to Russ and Lynn who helped us through the process as well. great experience overall! We will definitely keep on recommending to friends and family. More
