I first went to Bud Brown VW and I spent several hours for nothing while the sales person went back and forth with his manager to give me "the best deal". It was a whole different experience .He was very friendly, efficient and to the point. He gave me the options I have for Passats and within few minutes he gave me a quote for interest rates. It was Sunday so he suggested that we call the banks on Monday to get a better deal. He called me back on Monday. I came back on Monday and picked up my car. He walked me through all the technology in the car like the Bluetooth, and more. I really appreciated his service!! More
