They said the car ran excellent, and when asked about certain things during the test drive (i.e jerkiness, rolling, etc.) they said that was normal for the car. come to find out the transmission was BAD and had to be REPLACED. there was hail damage and they said they would fix it and the scratches that came from it. all they did was use some sort of permanent marker and temporarily cover the scratches up. THEY ARE HORRIFIC!!!!! I would go to Molle Volkswagen anyway over this place. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM NORTHTOWNE! More

I wasn't sure how long it would take to sell my car so when it happened much quicker than I expected, I sent Helen over all my information and she got everything processed and the car ready for me to pick up that Tuesday evening. Grant, Lynn and Helen exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I even went as far as to say, "Should someone just hit me at the door when I leave because this was BY FAR the BEST interaction I've had with a dealer!" Highly Recommend. This place is top notch!
