I love my Volkswagon and have recommended Henry Lomax to several of my friends. When I come in for oil change, Henry will take time out and remembers what I bought and ask me how the car is running! That's customer service! You have a great salesman in Henry and I look forward in purchasing more cars from him. What sets them apart is how human they are. The sales rep and manager didn't want to sell me any car, they wanted to sell me the Right car. They patiently allowed me to spend a lot of time with the car and never hurried me to buy or tried to use guilt tactics to pressure me into buying. If car buying is 90% research, these are the guys you want to work with. They weren't focused on just their sales goal, but mine as a customer as well. I would recommend them. More

Richard really took the time to discuss my wants and needs, then took me to several of the other Northtowne dealerships to make sure I got a good idea of all the vehicles that met my criteria. He did an excellent job of telling me about all the models, what kind of pricing/ financing I could expect and then he let me mull over the options while providing insightful information to help me make my decision.
