Used the Mazda website to build my own 2014 Mazda 3, and even though the website failed to pull all the data over was contacted by Ryan to get the info that was missing. Because of my color selection and wanting a stick with most options available, finding one like this anywhere was next to impossible. After searching he was able to locate a vehicle matching my request in Texas but it was still in transit. Even though a deal was struck, the Texas dealership sold this vehicle as soon as it arrived and we were back in search mode again. 2 more vehicles were located that were 2-3 weeks away from delivery. This time, the Wisconsin dealership held onto it when it finally arrived and Northtowne sent a driver up there to retrieve it. No hassle transaction went smoothly after that and I was pleased with Ryan's email communication keeping me updated throughout the long wait. More

I was looking to trade in my 2009 mazda 3 S-GT. And while pursuing online, I found that Northetowne Mazda still had a couple of 2013 Mazdaspeeds left. Called and spoke to Jason and got all my questions answered and got invited for a test drive. I walked in on Saturday, February 15, 2014 and was greeted by Jason. I have plenty experience about dealerships and know 'common' sales people, but this is a straight edge guy. Up front, direct, and to the point. He brought me up a Velocity Red 2013 Speed 3 (Tech Pack) and I took it for a drive. It was excellent except for a random noise at the right-front. Being a car guy myself, I wasn't alarmed. As I returned, I mentioned the issue and right away he took the car, told me that they will enter it in service, and asked if I was interested in another. For me totally blindsiding Jason and 'potentially' losing a sale; he was calm and collected. That really showed me that he has dedication and passion for the customers he works for. At this time he showed me the 'sister' car in the showroom floor. Exact same as what I test drove and with tech pack. I was instantly in love! (He couldn't tell...) and asked to run the numbers by me. Since it was Sat, I could not commit 100% because of the banks being closed and did not pressure me at all for that. Jason then brought the Sales manager Tom, to talk with me. We negotiated once. ONCE, and it was a deal. These guys really let the customer go at their own pace. That next Tuesday (2/18/2014) I was delivered my new 2013 Speed 3. It was late and closing time approaching, Jason stayed late to show me the ropes of the car. This guy could be at home eating dinner with his family but instead helping me get to know my car. Incredible. After thoughts: I started with 40 miles and am now at 220. I can not say it enough about how much I LOVE my car! Who cares about MPG's when you got 1,000,000 miles worth of smiles-per-gallon! I know for 100% who I will be buying my next car from... My husband and I decided through much research that we wanted a 2012 Mazda 3 6 speed automatic. A specific car! We found all the ones we could in the KC area and Northtowne Mazda had a couple. He called me back quickly after he went out to the lot. He walked around the lot to find the cars I was interested in to confirm that they were automatics (website wasn't clear) and to give me other details. I also chatted later online with Gene to confirm that one of the cars was certified pre-owned. It was great to have access to that online chat feature! I told Steve we would be in the next Monday to look. When we arrived, we were greeted and Steve was just walking in. He got us in to test drive both available cars and answered all our questions. The cars were great and he noted that their dealership goes the extra mile preparing cars with things like new wiper blades. We had a very nice experience negotiating. We got a very reasonable price for our trade-in and that process was easy. We may have been able to hardball more to get another $500 off the price but we didn't sweat it. We worked with the finance manager (not Tim, he was out that week) and this person was very nice as well. We got a great low interest rate from Mazda financing and it went even lower when we accepted the extended warranty. The car we bought was CPO so it had a great warranty already but the extended bumper to bumper only added $15 to our monthly payment. I felt the finance manager did a great job of not trying to hard sell us this product and we went in knowing the pros and cons. After the sale, we spoke briefly to the service manager about recommended service intervals and he cleared up a few things on the 150 point inspection. Overall, a great experience and glad we made the drive from Lawrence. More

we drove from Topeka to Northtowne to purchase our vehicle. When we walked through the door Ryan Lopez was there to greet us. Tom and everyone at the dealership were very friendly. I went in to purchase the new 2014 Mazda 3 but the 3500.00 discount on the 2013 model was too great to pass up. They also followed me back to my home went in to purchase the new 2014 Mazda 3 but the 3500.00 discount on the 2013 model was too great to pass up. My wife and I plan on returning at the end of the year when the 2014 go on sale to purchase her a new Mazda CX-5. More
Gene Barnett was my sales associate. My wife and I were greeted immediately upon entering the dealership. Gene was very professional and friendly. Even though my wife and I visited on 12/31/13 and the floor room was extremely busy, Gene took time to help us answer all our questions. Tim McGeeney was also excellent in completing the paperwork. When I picked up my car everything was perfect. An enjoyable experience and I LOVE my Mazda CX-5. More
