I love my new car! I originally came into Northtowne Mazda to help my son purchase his first vehicle. After researching, researching, and researching, I realized that I was not going to get a better deal anywhere else. After the sell, Ryan went through the entire car with me to make sure I understood how everything worked. He was so very patient and knowledgeable. I am not an easy sell... especially because I am in sales myself. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. They are great! Tim McGeeney was excellent to work with as well. With those other dealerships my wife and I ended up with headaches after all that back and forth non-sense . Gave Ryan all the information. He did ALL the leg work. Upon our agreement we were all set. Even with a last minute addition of a factory remote start add-on, the paper work AND vehicle were ready when we arrived for the very FIRST time to Northtowne Mazda ever. It was the easiest auto purchase I have ever experienced. Kudos to Ryan. SO polite and professional. Tim was also pleasant and very knowledgeable. Does his job very well. Painless Car Buying Experience I recently bought a new Mazda6 from Northtowne. I came to Northtowne because they were running much better deals than the other Mazda dealerships in t I recently bought a new Mazda6 from Northtowne. I came to Northtowne because they were running much better deals than the other Mazda dealerships in the KC metro (as became obvious once I read all the individual dealerships' fine print on their ads). Northtowne, from what I saw on mazda.com, also has what is likely the largest selection of Mazdas in the area. I had a terrific experience once I came in. The salesman I worked with, Paul, was straightforward and low-pressure. And when I came back a few days after my initial visit to buy the car, doing all of the paperwork kept me past the time the dealership closed. I didn't even realize it until I saw them locking up after me. Paul made sure that even though I was rolling off the lot after his cleaning crew had left, I could come back a few weeks later to get the car detailed for free as they would normally do with cars they sell. Overall, buying a car here was painless and stress-free; I'd recommend it to anyone. More

That was quite a referral in my estimation. The recommended gentleman, Warren Hutsler with Northtowne Mazda, is just that--a true gentleman! It was a true pleasure getting to work with Warren. He's personable, warm, helpful and trustworthy. He's excellent at explaining the details of the vehicle-in-question, and he's equally excellent at diagnosing/pinpointing just that precise vehicle that fits with one's personal needs and budget. I will certainly recommend Warren to my family/friends as a true gentleman that one can truly trust! I even told Warren if I'd ever want to consider getting into selling vehicles, I'd want to have him as my personal mentor, because I found him to be a man of integrity whom I admire very much! I've in Northwest Arkansas, about four hours away, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions over email and then on the phone. He was tremendous. Most importantly, he alerted me to a deal on a new Mazda6 that was vastly better than a lightly used model that interested me. I ended up driving to KC the next day and driving home with a really great car at a price that no one else in the region could match. I know because I called three other Mazda dealers. Many of them couldn't believe it either. More
