I could not possibly have had a better experience purchasing a vehicle than I had at Northtowne Fiat. Dustin Rice, the gentleman who sold me my Nissan Sentra, was not only very friendly and personab purchasing a vehicle than I had at Northtowne Fiat. Dustin seemed far more interested in the car's features than trying to close a sale, as he never pressured me or discussed financial terms until I initiated that conversation - AFTER I indicated my interest in purchasing the vehicle. When that discussion surfaced, Dustin again showed no interest in pressuring me. My entire experience with Dustin was outstanding! Dustin's manager, Gabriel (I hope he forgives me for forgetting his last name!), was also very friendly, and offered me a very reasonable deal. The Northtowne Business Manager, Stanley McCracken, acquired very favorable purchasing terms; like Dustin and Gabriel, Stan was also very personable. When my wife arrived at the dealership (the car was a gift for her), Gabriel took plenty of time to highlight all the features of her new car so that she felt comfortable and happy with her new car. From the moment I drove on the lot to the moment we left, our experience with Northtowne Fiat of Kansas City was absolutely stellar. We really hope that Dustin, Gabriel, and Stan remain there for our future purchases, because if they do we will definitely be purchasing from them again! More
