Carl is absolutely incredible- from the second I walked in to the showroom to finalizing the purchase, he’s made the process easy and fun. He listened to what I was looking for and translated those needs and wants into the perfect recommendations. He worked to make the financial aspects work for my budget without comprising preferences. Carl is thoughtful, attentive, and generally just delightful to be around. The Northtowne team across the board has been super easy to work with, flexible, and greet me (and my dog) by name every time I’ve stopped by for post-purchase paperwork.
