This is the second car I've bought here. The first experience was good. I went to several other dealers and found the car buying experience to be the usual pressure to buy now. I went to Norhtown again and Jim Higgins was my sales person. (The last one wasn't there any more.) Jim was a pleasure to deal with. He was no pressure and just showed me the cars I was interested in and explained everything to my satisfaction. I decided I would just wait for them to have the car I wanted, they did and I bought another car from them. Everything was easy and not a hassle to deal with like most dealers. I didn't waste hours on end making a deal and getting everything taken care of. More

I had visited the dealership with my daughter last fall when she was taking her Lincoln in and Paul remembered that I was interested in a car. He called my son-in-law to say Happy Birthday (pretty impress when she was taking her Lincoln in and Paul remembered that I was interested in a car. When I arrived to look at the vehicle Paul had it warmed up for me on a cold Kansas day. He was very comfortable to talk with. I appreciated the time he spent answering my questions. Then Stan in Finance had all the paperwork prepared and answered my questions, too. I have talked with Paul with other questions since leaving with the car and he is always very responsive and helpful. The price was probably a little high but I appreciate the great customer service Paul has given and feel that he would help me in the future, too. More
