The saleman todd Wood was fine. It was the appraiser. I was looking at a 40K plus car. Liked it. wanted my car appraised. Waited. As appraiser left tried to get his attention but he was talking on his cell was looking at a 40K plus car. Liked it. wanted my car appraised. Waited. Again tried to stop him to engtossed in personal conversation to see anyone. walked past, ignored. I got pissed told the guy loudly I wanted my keys and told Todd Wood what had happened. This guy was more intersted in call than appaising my cat. seems like he would just use book value and NOT really appraise car. Was I wrong? I called Mr. Wood later and told him I was still interested in car and if he would call me with some numbers I could deal with huim. I called the next day and left message. Simply put, the guys at Northtowne Fiat are FANTASTIC. My lease deal last month for a new 500 was easily the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. Even though I was initially interested in a Pop Verde Chiaro manual with moonroof and alloy wheels that was NOT in inventory, Mac NEVER tried to upsell the higher trim Sport Verde Chiaro manual I discovered on their lot. That impressed me TREMENDOUSLY and I can't see many others doing the same. I ended up leasing the Sport anyway and I LOVE it! The no games attitude at Northtowne Fiat in closing the deal was also a plus. Without me saying a word, Gabe cut me the gross cap cost I had in mind once I dialed into the Sport. At that point, I knew I had the right 500 from the right dealer! Would highly recommend you stop by and give these guys a chance to earn your business.
