I went to visit Northtowne Mitsubishi after visiting several other dealerships and not being treated with respect.I am a woman who is very knowledgeable about cars and prefers the straight-forward, hone several other dealerships and not being treated with respect.I am a woman who is very knowledgeable about cars and prefers the straight-forward, honest approach and not being talked down too. Mr. Van Parys (I call him JVP) greeted me with a smile and a handshake, asked me what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, and then said let me see what I can do. We went inside and he spoke with the finance manager and I rode home in my new car. I loved that we didn't have to haggle over price and go back and forth for hours. I got the deal I wanted and I was treated as a valued customer from day one. I also love the treatment I have always received from the service dept. They are professional and courteous and I always leave with a smile. When I'm ready to purchase my next car there is no doubt that I will be calling JVP..I've referred many people to him and not one of them has been disappointed. Thanks! More

Todd immediately came out and asked what we were looking for. He did not try to move us to a vehicle that we were not interested in. He made several suggestions as to what vehicles were on the lot. After a discussion with him about focus vs fusion he made the point that with the grandchildren getting older that possibly a focus or fusion would not meet our needs. Agreeing with that idea we changed our mind on what vehicles to look at. We own a Ford 500 and so we decided that we would look at Taurus with the vehicle would have to meet certain criteria. Todd was able to locate a vehicle on the lot that he thought would meet our needs. In the end, we did end up buying that particular vehicle. There was no pressure or attempted power of persuasion from Todd concerning the purchase of the vehicle. More
