We looked around and was given details about each car by Mac. He was not available the day we actually purchased but he referred us to Gabriel. We knew what we were after and the only real questions were the color and the price. we obtained a friend's X-Plan start to finish in a few hours. We knew what we were after and the only real questions were the color and the price. we obtained a friend's X-Plan code # and sealed the deal on a gray MKZ. It was going to be the white one or the red one but the wife had a different opinion. She was right. The gray was much classier. There was more just plain conversation than selling and buying. Took delivery and drove it home. Paul was especially helpful in this process even though there wasn't much 'selling' to it. We took delivery and went home satified with a fair deal and a good buying experience. This is the only way to buy a car in my opinion. I would refer a friend or relative without reservation. More
