He was wonderful to work with and was very thorough in regards to making sure every detail was taken care of and handled the way we would want it being as that we couldn't be there in person until purchase. He orchestrated having leather put in the car and heated seats for us as the vehicle didn't come equipped with it but that was what we were after. We went to the dealership on a closed day and found the one we wanted to purchase, then we called and spoke to MAC Mulkins about the vehicle. I went in and test drove everything from a POP to an Abarth, wh one we wanted to purchase, then we called and spoke to MAC Mulkins about the vehicle. We also conveniently were able to put in a credit application online and Mike Snyder handled the trade details with professionalism and courtesy. Then I brought my wife in the next day to check out the cars and once again, Mac had the same three cars available so she could experience them and we could finally choose which one we wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever, and this has to be the easiest, most professional buying experience we've had in the last 30 years of car buying, right down to picking up our car, signing the papers with Shane and driving off into the sunset. I was not disappointed as everything was exactly as promised right down to the financing when I arrived. All personnel were extremely helpful and professional. Although the purchase was out of state, all the paperwork was handled for me by the dealership and all I had to do was wait for a call from the local DMV to pick up my new plates and registration. I had a very poor experience at the local Nashville Fiat dealership prior to doing business with Northtowne. My experience at Northrowne was exceptional. They truly have a focus on the Fiat brand even though the ownership there handles several other brands. I would recommend the dealership to anyone and wish they were my local dealership. More
