I went there to buy a used car. I had purchased a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara new from Northtowne so I trusted them to give me the service I needed. Colton was great. After about 10 minutes of discussing what he could offer me on a 2013 Outlander, I test drove one and was convinced that it was the car for me. The monthly payment was perfect and the lease details made a ton of sense. In the end, I drove home in a brand new car feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought a 500 Sport from Mac last July. I absolutely love the car, and as far as the dealership goes, I have nothing but good things to say. Both Mac and the manager, Gabriel, were and continue to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are passionate about the brand and it shows. My 500 had a bad instrument cluster, a heat related issue they had never encountered before. Northtowne Fiat replaced the cluster, which involved taking the entire dashboard apart + re-configuring the on board computer as well of course, with no fuss and no muss. The biggest issue was that the part took three weeks to arrive from Italy, but they took care of it with a smile and a handshake, detailed the car for me without being asked, and in short have made me a loyal customer. Did I mention the 500 rocks? Thanks guys! More
