I'm sorry you had such a disappointing experience with us. Five hours is a long time to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. We have not had any changes in service management since the move, but it is possible the team is still working out the kinks. Certainly, with our new facility, our goal was to make service more efficient, and it seems we did the opposite for you.
