My experience at Northtown was fantasti, from walking into the dealership to taking delivery. Ethan the sales representative was respectful of my time, and he worked quickly with his sales manager to get into the dealership to taking delivery. Ethan the sales representative was respectful of my time, and he worked quickly with his sales manager to get to a bottom line figure that reflected a truly unbeatable deal. Then, the finance manager added on a few extras at extremely fair prices ensure that I was fully committed to Northtown. More
Terrible service department. .. Went there to fix my heat after only 17k miles on my new car and my car was giving back to me with nothing fixed... Brought the car back and got a .. Brought the car back and got a loaner and they had to keep my car for 6 days to fix the issue. When I FINALLY got my car back there were a bunch of scratches on my front bumper and they didnt put the panelling on the inside of my car back all the way!! Not to mention the trash they left in my car... So unprofessional. I talked to the manager about the scratches and he said he will check the cameras and get back to me.. wft dude... I STILL have yet to hear back from them. Thanks for making my car worse than it was when I brought it there.. More

I did not buy my 2017 Forester Touring at Northtown which I sincerely regret. But I did transfer all my service there because of total incompetence at another dealer. This was the first time I was ever in the market to buy a new car. I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful that they made it very easy to test drive, figure out financing, and also sign off and explain new car. The sales associate that I dealt with was very friendly and was very understanding about what my needs were, even though I knew what I was looking for. I will definitely recommend the dealership to anybody that is looking for a new car. Subaru are definitely worth the money and these guys know how to sell you on that fact. More
