I’m sorry, I ever went to this dealership in the first place. I was lied to from the very beginning, I was told that the SUV I was interested in was at another lot, turned out it wasn’t. Then, I was told it was on a rig being driven down to y’all’s dealership and would be there in 2 days, not there, then told in 4 days, not there. Oh! Yes, I was told I could change the color, or model, Ha! If, I wanted a different color, I would’ve ordered or chose a different color. Also, for some reason my salesman couldn’t return my call when he said he would. Also, when it came down to my payment amount, I let it be known I didn’t want my payment more than $400.00. In fact, we had a brochure that had a coupon for $2,000 off a 2025 new KIA plus some other incentive to purchase a vehicle, but at a different dealership. We called to see if we could use this coupon at your dealership and we were told yes we could, it even showed an example payment of $399. I believe. When our salesman came back with a quoted pmt. of idk how much, but it was definitely way over $400. Our salesman (Charlie) went back to his supervisor and came back with another amount, still way over $400. Then, Charlie and his supervisor came back and his supervisor said to get the pmt. down to where I needed it to be, we would need to put down $2,000. Ugh! And at that our pmt. would still be $495 and I stuck to my gun and said NO I said, $480, the super said, $490, I looked at him and said $485. He, smiled and said ok and we shook hands. When we met up with the financial gentleman and signing paperwork, he told us, my pmt. was going to be $633. I about came unhinged and said, NO, NO THAT’S NOT WHAT WE AGREE ON, so they went and got Charlie our salesman, because I knew Charlie was our witness and would verify the amount. Once, Charlie was in there, then the financial guy said, the payment quoted to us didn’t include TTL, seriously!! Why didn’t Charlie or his supervisor say something when we were shaking hands on the $485 amt.? I think it was a dirty underhanded move on the supervisors and Charlie’s part. Maybe not so much Charlie, he was fairly new and learning. Too bad he was learning dirty tricks. Unfortunately, since we had been waiting two weeks and put down two thousand dollars and our lease was coming up, I felt we really had no choice but to purchase the KIA SUV with the pmt. of $633. Now, that I look back, I should’ve stuck to my gun and stood up and said NO asked for my $2,000 and walked out. I don’t recommend this dealership at all to anyone. It’s my opinion, they are a crooked business, in saying this, I’m not saying that all KIA dealerships are misleading. The BEST KIA dealership is YONKERS!! We leased from them in 2016 and again in 2022. Never had a problem!! Now, approximately six weeks in we had an issue with the KIA Connect, which we couldn’t start the SUV remotely. So, my husband made an appointment to take it in. My husband stated that the service department was excellent. After the problem was fixed they even washed the SUV. More
I actually like going to this Kia they are very hands-on as soon as you walk in they make you feel welcoming. Everybody’s pretty much friendly nice area clean to sit.
