Absolutely horrendous and embarrassingly poor experience with Northstar Kia. We gave them two attempts to fix our car, totaling about 3 weeks. We had to remove our car from the lot and get the relatively si with Northstar Kia. We gave them two attempts to fix our car, totaling about 3 weeks. We had to remove our car from the lot and get the relatively simple job done elsewhere, SO much faster. The communication is non existent. In fact it felt like we were annoying the service center when we asked about our car. We still cannot believe they handed it back to us less than half finished. How they assign cars to certain people, and only they are allowed to answer questions about it, is ridiculous. The guy we were assigned to, Eric, provided inconsistent, inaccurate information at every turn. We will tell everyone we know to avoid this place. More
I had a bad experience when I asked about my transmission over the phone they told me no appointment need it so I showed up and ended up that I really need appointment, so a bad experience right there, feel over the phone they told me no appointment need it so I showed up and ended up that I really need appointment, so a bad experience right there, feel like they don't know what are they doing there. However I made an appointment went back next day. And the everything was worse with my car!, I get my car back same day, and a week later still same problem. But I have to say that after returning when I made my appointment, James helped me, answered all my questions, and made the bad experience I had at the beginning be forgotten. Thank you James for Outstanding service I really appreciate all your help, of course all the team behind the scenes! More

After going to a NJ dealership for close to 2 years for my service needs, I decided to try Northstar Kia. I’m sure glad I did. Eric from the service dept was great to work with and Felix handled the oi my service needs, I decided to try Northstar Kia. I’m sure glad I did. Eric from the service dept was great to work with and Felix handled the oil job- I was in an out in one hour. Make an appointment show up on time and be nice! That’s all you have to do. Not sure why I saw so many negative reviews. See you in 6-9 months. More
