If there is a chance that can let me give one star. I’m definitely gonna do it. I got my sportage 2weeks ago,but when I see my car I’m still not happy. When I first get in there, one of the guys took m I’m definitely gonna do it. I got my sportage 2weeks ago,but when I see my car I’m still not happy. When I first get in there, one of the guys took me. He was ok. We looked around and I decided to get the sportage. When I ask about the price that they can give it to me, the manager brought me the price paper he printed for me. The sportage was 35000, and I told them I’m going to pay 5000 down payment and take 72 Mon. to finance the car. And manager give me the price was “$722” dollars per month. 722*72+5000=56984. It means I gotta pay 57000 for a 35000 car. I didn’t say anything cause I know they want to make money but it is too far away from mine. I’m like ok, I got it. Can I take a picture for this price paper? The manager said “no”, that is secret I can do it. I’ve been to Benz Audi BMW Porsche Toyota Honda lots of dealers they never say you can’t take the paper out ,still less to take a picture of it. I was so mad and left. After two weeks I went there again. I said I’m going to cash out the car without the financing, and they told me if that way I need to pay extra “$2000” to get the car cause they said they couldn’t make anything if I don’t do financing. That is ridiculous. I didn’t say anything and told them okay I’m gonna pay that. And the second day, I bought the bank check with $42000 which they told me to bring it. And we started doing it. I fill out all the paperwork and just sit there and wait. I spent my whole day there and finally the guy came and told me the address I need to change it. Ok I called my insurance company and changed it. And after another half hour he came and told me I need to change something again. “Five times ”he kept letting me change this and that. And I kept calling my insurance 5 times and they mad at me already. And the most ridiculous thing is the last time he said I put the wrong vin number in the form it’s my fault. But the truth is he wrote the wrong vin numbers to me before and lucky I took the picture for that. I took out the picture and told him look at this it’s your fault not mine ok? And with that picture he’s like I’m sorry about it and I called my insurance again. My insurance lady told me they got off work already. I need to do it tomorrow for this. And guy told me I have to come back tomorrow to get the car. I was like what a terrible service!! What a horrible dealership. I went to the counter and told the manager, plz give all my money back to me, I am not going to take this car anymore. I spent lots of time with you guys i am not gonna spend any more time for this no more. The manager apologized for that and promised to send the car to me second day I’m like no. You don’t need to say anything I just don’t want it anymore. He said sorry for everything. I suppose to return my Q7 which is my leased car but it is way too late. And the manager promised me they were definitely gonna drop off the car for me at 10 o’clock in the morning and take my Q7 to return that for me. I was so mad but ok i gave them last chance. And the second day, my wife spent whole day and couldn’t do anything but stay home waiting for them, and they dropped off the car at 6:00 afternoon. And they told me cause I couldn’t find my registration for my Q7 that’s why they can’t take the car for me to return it. I told them hundred times I can’t find my registration but the manager told me don’t worry about it , they definitely gonna take care of everything but now they told they can’t do it. How professional you are!! I drove all the way down to Audi after few days and they didn’t ask me nothing even drive license. I’ve been driving 15 years. This was the worst worst worst experience!! More

The salesman, Marlin was helpful, informative and not pushy, which we appreciated. The showroom is a pleasure to be in, new and very well kept. I have not had a lot of good experiences with this Kia dealer. The staff are not communicative and I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. More importantly I have brought my vehicle in dealer. The staff are not communicative and I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. More importantly I have brought my vehicle in twice now to address a transmission issue and it has not been resolved. The first time they replaced a part (not the transmission because I was straight up told they wanted to try the cheaper option first). The second time they told me that the transmission vibration was a result of flat spots on the tires and I needed 4 new tires. I took the car to another mechanic and they checked out the ties and told me there was no issue with them. The issue is definitely the transmission, but this Kia is trying to avoid the repair because the car is still under warranty. More
