The sales personnel and financing were very good. The salesman was on his honeymoon so we dealt with his brother and father. The salesman had told me he would try to get us up to $1000 off sticker pr The salesman was on his honeymoon so we dealt with his brother and father. The salesman had told me he would try to get us up to $1000 off sticker price. That didn’t happen. We had a 2016 RX 350 that had a v6 engine. The 4 cylinder is not near the v6 engine. Disappointed a v6 was not an option. More

I was near the end of a long waiting list for the highly sought after GX550 and Lisa got me one in a few months rather than the several months to a year I had expected. During the purchase I was not pressur sought after GX550 and Lisa got me one in a few months rather than the several months to a year I had expected. During the purchase I was not pressured at all to purchase any extra warranty or packages and a simple no was all it took to move on. A lot of dealerships really put on the hard sell and it takes several no's before they accept it. More
