I was told that all i had to do is ay a down payment of which i did and that in return all i had to do is show up at the dealer. But, once my info was given to finance i never received a call or an email even though i tried reaching out via both to np avail to this day. The sales person told me the loan amount and interest rate after i told her i would not come unless i know. Once informed that my monthly payment was $300 more a month than what is on your site and $250 more than what i was originally quoted when i was told i was approved. As a result i declined the rate and requested a total refund of my down payment of $500 that im yet to receive. I was told that i these funds would be returned to my account within 7 to 10 business days and its been almost 3 times that now or 30 days very shortly. So if you truly wish to resolve this dispute honor your word and your policy by kindly refunding my money today. Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income that was denied Christmas because your company does not honor their policy or their potential customer.
