By far the worst and most shady dealership I have ever encountered. My husband purchased a new truck from NorthShore Motors on March 30 with a trade in. This dealership took the trade in with open arms bu encountered. My husband purchased a new truck from NorthShore Motors on March 30 with a trade in. This dealership took the trade in with open arms but failed to pay off the old loan FOR 3 MONTHS. They completely lied to us on many different occasions stating the check was sent out and was returned back to them (nothing was ever sent out) and a check was only sent when my husband physically went back there demanding to speak to someone. To add onto all of that they gave us a $80k truck with barely any brakes, check engine light on, and bald tires then have the audacity to say the customer is over reacting? I called every day for a month waiting for a call back, the only time you will ever receive an answer is when you physically show up to the dealership. It is the biggest scam on long island. And the staff there is absolute pigs with the way they talk to humans. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP im sure one day they will finally get shut down. More

I purchased a 2016 Maserati Granturismo Sport from Northshore motors in May 2020, it took them 8 months to process my registration and plates. The bank (Wells Fargo) had to get involved due to the ex Northshore motors in May 2020, it took them 8 months to process my registration and plates. The bank (Wells Fargo) had to get involved due to the excessive delay. Remember, your temp tag is only good for 30 days. I also purchased the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance agreement (Quality Guard+Plus) under-written by Nissan/Infinity (2yr/24k miles) for $5k. At the signing, I inquired about the validity of the warranty and plan in correlation with the 2016 Maserati I just purchased and was assured the contract and plan works with the car. Now, one year later it is time for my scheduled maintenance, so I call the Maserati dealership to schedule the service and I gave them my prepaid maintenance plan number. He proceeds to tell me that my oil change service is $500 and the prepaid plan covers $75 (the oil filter alone for my car is $100). The dealer told me these plans are worthless for my vehicle and I should cancel them as soon as possible. This was confirmed when I called Quality Guard customer service, “due to the high maintenance costs of this vehicle, these plans are not worth the price paid ($5k) in relation to the cost reimbursed ($75 for oil service). I called Northshore motors, every day, this week (May 3rd thru May 7th) to cancel these plans. I spoke to Jessica, Ashley, Kanye, Diego, and Samantha, none of whom could assist me but all assured someone was going to call me right back. Apparently, there is no service after the sale, once they get your money, they really don’t want to hear from you again. I am a disabled war veteran, so this is how Northshore Motors treats this nations’ military servicemembers. Just imagine how they are going to treat you. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle, please keep in mind there is “no service after the sale” and the extended warranty/prepaid maintenance agreement are worthless, do not purchase them. I am a disabled veteran and a senior citizen that purchased a car Northshore Motors company and was given credit approval for $438 a month but I needed to put down $500 to purchase the car. Upon doin purchased a car Northshore Motors company and was given credit approval for $438 a month but I needed to put down $500 to purchase the car. Upon doing so I requested a receipt for the total price and for the deposit. None of which we're given. A week later before I made my flight arrangements I demanded a receipt so that I would know the total cost and just pick up the vehicle by simply signing the papers. I was then told the monthly payment would be $738 a month. After being in total shock and the company adversersely affecting my credit with multiple credit inquiries I requested a refund and was told one would be received in 7 to 10 business days. on the 11th of this month it will be over a month. And I am yet to receive a call or a refund. More
We purchased a car and drove it off the lot, only to discover 10 days later that Wells Fargo rejected the financing because they slipped in a very expensive warranty package that was not part of the agr discover 10 days later that Wells Fargo rejected the financing because they slipped in a very expensive warranty package that was not part of the agreed upon sale price. They refuse to cancel the warranty (per the warranty company we're entitled to cancel it within 60 days) and they won't file the financing paperwork. Now they insist that we return the car so they can resell it to us at a higher price. In addition, the rear tires won't pass inspection and they won't remedy that situation either. Terribly unresponsive over ten days of struggling with this, and Wells Fargo reported that the NSM employee hung up on them when they told her to remove the warranty from the finance package. This place is really shady, be careful. More
