Extremely disappointed in myself for purchasing a car from this place. From the beginning to end it has not been pleasant. Drove from out of state to pick up a car that was apparently sold the day before from this place. From the beginning to end it has not been pleasant. Drove from out of state to pick up a car that was apparently sold the day before. Picked a similar car which I don't regret (trim wise). Extra fees and what not are over 8k from advertised price. Spent 4 plus hours waiting to just buy the car. They told me they would make my two first car payments while negotiating and repaint my front bumper. Never got a check. I scheduled my repaint with the manager. While on my way there from CT (2 hour plus) i gave them at heads up of my E.T.A. I was 20 minutes away and they said they weren't able to do it because of lack of rental vehicles. I sent them all my receipts of all my taxes being paid and up to date. I was told I would get my plates in 30 days or less. I was told this February. I been calling at least once a week and all they do is take messages. Nobody ever gets back to me and now nobody even picks up the phone. 6 months no call back no communication. I understand the whole Covid thing going on but that isn't an excuse to lack basic communication or empathy. Don't be fooled by their fancy name or red carpet entrance. Its all a front. You want a nice car? Go to a real dealership where there is accountability. More

Scam xxx place. Hubby came here looking to buy a truck, everything went smooth until the check engine light came on after having the truck for 2 weeks. They tell him to come in, on the way there it breaks everything went smooth until the check engine light came on after having the truck for 2 weeks. They tell him to come in, on the way there it breaks down on the side of the road. They had no Towing service to come get the car. So he had to wait on me to get him. After 2-3 hours the service guy come we get in my car to go to the car on the Side of the road, they give him loaner which was far from equivalent to the car he bought. Here we are xxxx near 4 months later still no truck. Come to find out the Financial Manager Angela ran my husbands credit more than she should have, he ask for one specific bank and she did others without his consent. He asked for a 15k loan come to find out she asked for double!!! mind u he put down a sizable downpayment. They tried to blame him for the engine light being on, and tried to make his insurance pay for it when they have nothing to do with it. Its been a straight hassle. Once I mentioned a lawyer they were singing a different tune and said they will return the down payment and cancel everything. We are still waiting. Oh an apparently no one in that xxxxx knows who's in charge. I asked whom I can complain to and no one knows. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. If I were u RUN. O the Financial Manager Angela doesn't even use a real number she has google+ number so u can't even call directly. More

DO NOT TRUST! Attempted to purchase a Range Rover from this dealership. I live 2 hours away so before going all that way I wanted to see if the car was priced right. I was told in order to receive an esti this dealership. I live 2 hours away so before going all that way I wanted to see if the car was priced right. I was told in order to receive an estimate they would have to run my credit. Reluctantly I did. Then I was told I had to put down at least $5,000 or have a co-signer. I agree to put the money down if I liked the car. Then I was told to leave a deposit on the car I had never seen in order to get an ESTIMATE! Reluctantly again I did. I refused to leave more than $100 because I was already suspicious of them, which I informed them of. Then I was told that I had to get insurance on the car to receive an ESTIMATE! I did it - on a car I had never seen and didn’t own. Shame on me! I hounded the woman, IRIS, for 5 days about purchasing this car. On the day I was going to see the car, and assume purchase it, I receive a call from someone else at the dealership saying the car was no longer available due to something with the Carfax. I texted IRIS to let her know how unprofessional it was to not have contacted me herself. She replied that she couldn’t hold the car for $100. They sold it to someone else. No Carfax issue. Never called me to say did I want to leave more. Needless to say I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A VEHICLE. More

They deliberately try to confuse the buyer with the price of car, dealer certification charge, need for warranty coverage and sell you a maintenance plan that is lame. I paid much more for the car than I anticipated. Their tactics are the epitome of why used care dealers have such a bad reputation. I feel like is was totally taken advantage of because I'm a trusting person. Wow was that a mistake. Sales rep made completely false statements. Angela immediately aims to confuse the buyer by massaging the numbers and talking about monthy payments and not the price of the car. If you expect to be treated with integrity and fairness you won't find it at Northshore Motors! Never again. More

I went to northshore MOTORS to purchase a 2017 c300 Mercedes Benz for the price they had listed on the internet of 14,900. I was fooled and tricked by these con artists, they switched the price without Mercedes Benz for the price they had listed on the internet of 14,900. I was fooled and tricked by these con artists, they switched the price without me knowing, and the same car that was on the internet they sold to me for 27,000. On my way home the check ingine light came on, and the infotainment system didn't work. I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer. Please stay away from this dealership, they are criminals and should be shut down. More

After you wait 2 hours for test driving with an appointment made by the manager, and want to close the deal, they wi It's a waste of time and money. Additionally, they will say that the car got sold "this morning" after you show them the online price from their website which differs from the one they tell you at the place. I do not recommend this place because it is so untrustworthy. More
