This is the second time I have had the opportunity to work with Adam on a vehicle. My first vehicle was a Toyota Rav 4. I recently purchased a Lexus NX 200T. Typical smiling gangsters in golf shirts I called this dealership on the phone because they had a car that I found on the internet that I was interested in. Aaron (salesman) told me he did a I called this dealership on the phone because they had a car that I found on the internet that I was interested in. Aaron (salesman) told me he did a complete walk around and the car was showroom quality. After hearing that I decided to drive down there with cash in hand to buy the car. I was greeted by Aaron as soon as I pulled up and then I took a quick look at the car. After that we went for a test drive. The car drove nice so I was definitely interested in making it happen. The price was already negotiated over the phone so we were able to move forward as soon as we came back from the test drive. I actually passed on a car closer to my home that was in perfect shape because I was saving close to a thousand buying this one and because Aaron described the car as being in such good shape. After doing some paperwork with Aaron, that's when I went into finance so Brian could try and get over on me. Watch out for this guy, he'll try and get you with the typical throw extra stuff in the deal that wasn't explained and see if you miss it. He tried and add a tire/wheel warranty and 3 year vehicle warranty which both were never explained to me. These tactics give places a bad name. That increased the deal almost $3,000.00. You gotta watch yourself with this guy because I didn't see any other finance guys there so you will most likely be dealing with this nonsense. I had a bad taste in my mouth because of his tactics but I brushed it off and moved forward. Afterwards I went outside with Aaron to put the plate on my new purchase and that's when it got worse. That's when I took a really good look at the car and unfortunately I noticed things that I didn't notice when I walked around it the first time. Shame on me for missing it but after this walk around I noticed three dings that I missed and a gouge in the back bumper cover that was touched up like an amateur did it and the rims were all scraped up. That's when i started to have buyers remorse and I wanted to back out. I kind of felt obligated at that point and I also didn't have a ride back home. As I was pulling out of the lot I just kept repeating to myself to go back. I went home anyway. Before I even got home I decided I wasn't keeping the vehicle. I did research and found that I could get stuck with this car. I decided to call the lender. I told them my dilemma and they said that the loan wasn't processed yet and wouldn't be processed unless I was 100% satisfied with the car. I called the dealership and let them know that I had changed my mind and that I felt terrible about it and that I was sorry but I was going to bring the car back. What Brian and Aaron didn't know was that I bought Brain a pair of Ray Ban shades and Aaron a bottle of cologne because he liked the one I was wearing. They were already on the way to the dealership. I did this of course because I felt bad for them because of how things turned out. Brian (the shady finance guy) told me to come back down there the next morning. When I got there, Aaron looked at me like he lost $1000 on the deal. That's funny because he told me he was only making $100 bucks. I waited about 20 min for Brian (the shady finance guy) to finalize everything. The only reason I was able to bring this car back is because the lender wouldn't process the loan without my approval and the dealership would have to use another lender and need me to sign. After all was said and done, Brian (the shady finance guy) informed me that he couldn't open the little drop safe in his office to get me my $6300.00 cash that I had originally gave him as a deposit. He told me a check would be issued to me the following Monday which was two days away and he would mail it right out to me. Well that was 3.5 weeks ago and I still haven't received all of my money. I just received a check today for $4000.00. They're playing games with me. I guess they are holding my money hostage being vindictive. Aaron bragged they were voted the #1 used car dealership in Pa. two years running. With these tactics this can't be true. Who voted? The employees? More

Three-month 3000 mile warranty for a white Range Rover I bought a Mercedes-Benz a range rover and also an Acura the sales people were wonderful but the Manager Brian I had called up and I had a problem wit I bought a Mercedes-Benz a range rover and also an Acura the sales people were wonderful but the Manager Brian I had called up and I had a problem with my range rover it was within the three months 3000 mile warranty they refuse my warranty because I took it to the range rover dealership and not their people they didn’t want to pay I would never recommend this place to anybody the gentleman Brian is very unprofessional very good talker but Very unprofessional he will never return your phone call not let you know what’s going on I guess that’s what you do when you’re wrong they offered to pay half the bill I told him to keep the money if you ever buy a car from there make sure you you go over all the paperwork thoroughly And keep records of everything like I did I even had paperwork with the mileage and they still refused me it’s a xxxx shame I would never buy a vehicle from these people ever again More
