I came to the car lot with intentions on purchasing a vehicle (used) and I was surprised with the customer service I received at "Northeast Car Connections". My husband and I bought a car here back in April. I have to say it was a suprisingly good car buying experience. I usually don't like going car shopping, my husband usually does all of this stuff. We met with our sales guy Bob and he patiently walked us through the whole process. I never felt like he rushed us and he kept checking to make sure we were okay with everything. The car is great, the service was great and their referral program is really great. We have sent 2 friends to them already and collected $100 for the first one and $200 for the second person we referred. We are now working on finding another friend that needs a car since every referral from here will be 300 bucks!! All-in-all this was really good experience. More
