It can run beautifully but things advertised like heated seats, remote start, things you might not think about checking, might not work. Check for manuals (as they can help you understand that if things like the remote start doesn’t work, it could be due to powertrain codes). My vehicle's owners manual disappeared (along with the map navigation disk so navigation doesn’t work unless I by one as they suggested from Ebay), but had the other manuals in the binder in the glove box which made me think all manuals was in there. They even advertise the manual under the listing. Also when I asked their employee to show me how to do the remote start and he couldn’t get it to work, he made me think it could be the remote when in actuality the vehicle has a check engine code but no check engine light. For whatever reason the instrument cluster isn’t working right so it doesn’t display it. My car cut off after the first and second fillup because it had a gas evaporating issue, and the tire low pressure light doesn’t come on even though online diagnostics show issues with my supposed new tires, and my mileage is off (according to OnStar and MyGMC online diagnostics). So, I have to pay $600 to the dealer, to get a new one instrument cluster (I’m keeping the old one for evidence). I also need a timing chain kit which another $3,300 and guess what they suggested I do? Take it to their mechanic that’s cheaper like I’m going to listen to that. Also, I could have sworn I saw mechanic in the back of their building but at that point I was done listening to any more lies. Also, look up emissions records, as all you need is the VIN number. My vehicle needs a catalytic converter which is another $1000 dollars but was continually being driven when it got to Ohio ,but has no records for emissions in Ohio as the last one was done years ago when it was in New York. Ask to take it to a mechanic before buying (they will probably say or do something to prevent that, but ask and see what happens), because their inspection consists of taking the vehicle for a drive on the freeway. Then if you ask to see paperwork on what was inspected, they will say they throw the record away after a week. They say they certify their vehicles but didn’t tell me it’s only the ones with low miles. I was told the inspection they do isn’t certified by them and isn't that detailed because it's a used vehicle with a lot of miles and will have some problems. Also, if you by a vehicle with high mileage, you have to pay cash. Of course I was told this after paying $11,000 (for a vehicle that was advertised as being able to be financed). We have excellent credit, and my husband wanted to get me a vehicle first, then look for something for himself, but instead of putting down $5000 for my vehicle he had to pay cash. Now I have over $5000 in repairs and can’t get a sticker because it failed the ECheck. I take care of my vehicles by following the manual and getting regular service from the respective dealerships, so I have them for a long time. Also, I don’t drive many miles so the high mileage wasn’t an issue for me because I brought a high mileage vehicle in the past. If you find out what Carfax certified means please let me know, as my vehicle was sold as Carfax certified even though they said they didn’t certify it. I’m a good customer and I feel I’ve been duped, so my husband is no longer considering purchasing from them as an option. I take care of two sick parents who both have COPD, my Mom is on oxygen, and my air conditioning stopped working even though it was fixed by the dealer, and my husband wanted to buy me something better, with working air conditioning to help me when traveling with my parents. It was an early Christmas gift to show appreciation for me being a Healthcare worker during this horrible pandemic. Update: The instrument cluster was "rigged" according to the dealer Jay Buick GMC. I paid for a new one but it's on backorder. God forbid the light needs to indicate more issues. I will have no idea. They say they inspect and service all of the vehicles they sell, but throw the inspection away after a week. Super Shady!! More
