These guys took care of everything! Not only did they fix my issues, but went above and beyond their own work hours and duties. They replaced minor things for me like the cup-holders, wipers, floor mats, fuel filter, and even a brake switch to get the cruise control working for me, all at no cost to me. On top of that, they gave me a "loaner" vehicle to use while they made sure everything was up to par before bringing mine back with a full tank! These guys provided the absolute best, albeit most interesting, car buying experience ever. Also, it was the shortest time ever dealing with paperwork in my life! AMAZING I TELL YOU! More

We live in Tennessee and traveled over 600 miles to pick up the car knowing that that if it wasn't what he claimed, we could leave it set and come home without it!...I forgot to mention that there was a car just like the one we bought in our hometown, with less options, with a price tag of $14,000.00...anyway,we got to the dealership and were greeted by several very nice dealers and helpers that made us feel right at home, they took us out and let us look over the car and answered all our questions.let us test drive the car...got us a new key f.o.b because the old one was messed up...they had all the paper work ready to sign when we got there, had a 60 day tag on the car!In summery, these guys are the best dealership I have dealt with in years...very honest...very truthful...and just friendly people...oh yeah, did I mention that we bought this car for $6,750.00...thats less that half the price of the one here in my home town...with less options...this was the best auto deal I personally have ever made...Ill be back!! Brian really cares about what you want and will do whatever it takes to get you the vehicle you are looking for. I bought a 2004 F350 and it had developed a little problem abput a month after getting it. I brought it back to Brian, and without hesitation he got on it and fixed the problem. This man has incredible integrity. I will not trade with Any other dealer ever again. Brian is the man, and you would do wisely to visit him and North Texas Direct. Thanks Again Brian! More

I was worried the turbos would blow but he promised they wouldn't and guaranteed a turbo for me if they did. Before even putting 100 miles on the truck. Both turbos blew and almost blew the engine. These guys are not honest, they don't follow through w anything and my truck has been in the shop since June. Never buy from them, nor would I ever recommend these guys to my worst enemies. Purchase at your own risk from them, their vehicles might be priced well, but these are your typical Slimey used car dealers. More
