Awesome Service I went to a decent amount of dealerships looking for a Jetta. I finally made it to North Penn and was amazed at the fantastic service I received. Bill Kurz answered all of my questions, was very patient and understanding, and ultimately helped me find the car I wanted! I was looking for a used Jetta to help with my price range, but Bill helped me finance for a brand new one! It was better than what I could have imagined and Jason Hartman was also great at helping me get the rate I wanted. They even stayed late for me so I would be able to drive my new car home that day! Overall great experience and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new/used car should definitely check this place out! You will be nothing short of pleased from the great service. More

I had called and explained the mess of a situation I put myself in (lease- hated the car and over mileage with 9 months to go) and asked if they would be willing to discuss any options with me. They seemed genuinely happy to help me... I had gone to and called quite a few other dealers and they were all rude and acted as if they didn't want my business. When I arrived for my first appointment, Derek already had a plan in place to help me, even though he was jumping through hoops. Then he introduced me to Bill, who treated me with that same level of respect and genuine care. From the moment you walk in they do not judge or act like they are doing you a favor. Please know that I would never say any of this if I didn't mean it. I work in the service industry and know that most people only take time to complain it never take time to appreciate.
