Honest and Awesome! I recently was in the market for a certified pre-owned Jetta for my daughter who recently turned 16. I shopped at a number of VW and Honda dealers lo I recently was in the market for a certified pre-owned Jetta for my daughter who recently turned 16. I shopped at a number of VW and Honda dealers looking for a car. I stopped in at North Penn VW to look at their Jetta inventory, and I was greeted and helped by Tim Notarianni. Tim was awesome to deal with and he provided me with a ton of information on the pre-owned program. He showed me a few options, none of which we were interested in. He indicated there was a Jetta being service and would be available for sale later in the week. It sounded like the exact car my daughter was interested in. Tim called me later in the week to indicate that he did not want to sell me the car for my daughter. He felt it was not in the appropriate condition for him to sell to me. However, he did find an alternative and I went back to look at that. To my surprise, the alternative was awesome, a much better option than our original, and the price was exactly where we wanted to be. In the end, Tim's integrity and honesty sold us on North Penn and him as a salesman. He was extremely helpful, very open and honest, and able to deliver for us. I look forward to a long relationship with North Penn. More

Second time there was as good as the first I bought a car 9 years ago went back and it was just as good as the first time. Tim really knows the VWs he was able to go over all the changes from I bought a car 9 years ago went back and it was just as good as the first time. I spoke with John over the Internet and when I got in this morning he directed me to Tim Notarianni. There was a small issue with the vehicle that Tim had noticed when he was getting the Tiguan ready for me to test drive, so he made it a point to have the vehicle repaired on immediately before I drove it. He also went above and beyond to buff out a few small scuffs I had noticed while I was dealing with Jason in finance who did everything possible to get me the best rate possible. I'm glad they made my first major car buying experience hassle and stress free I couldn't have asked for a better sales team today. Needless to say I drove my Tiguan home today and I love everything about it. Thanks fellas keep up the good work! Highly recommended!! More

Fast and Easy I came to North Penn VW after having walked out of another dealership when they would not meet the price I wanted. I did not share the other dealer's I came to North Penn VW after having walked out of another dealership when they would not meet the price I wanted. I did not share the other dealer's final offer with my salesperson at North Penn, nor did I even tell him what I wanted to spend. I wanted to see what number he would come up with. His offer was significantly lower than the other dealer, plus he offered me hundreds more for my trade. He located the exact car I wanted and it was delivered in a few days. He always goes above and beyond and helps make my service experience great and as stressless as possible. He not only goes over my problems but suggests little tips on things that I can do to keep costs down. 4-22-15 (this was a couple months ago) I had a major problem with coolant all over the ground and my car was inoperable. I called North Penn and spoke to Ken. I had my car towed to dealer that day and within a couple days the car had a new water pump and serpentine belt. Now it runs really well again and that is one less thing to stress over. Thank you Ken and Thank you North Penn for truly making car service professional and stressless. Also Great Thank you to North Penn mechanics! You show your passion for VW though your mastery of my GTI repairs...I appreciate it very much and you can take pride in your work. More
