He asked us basic questions and was able to pick the perfect jetta for us including one with all the features we wanted. He gave us no pressure to buy and the whole buying experience was pleasurable and comfortable. All options were laid out on the table and there were no hidden fees or charges everything was explained to the T. Jason did a great job handling our paperwork and explained the optional coverages to us and how they work and what is covered. We will certainly be buying a more cars from North Penn volkswagen and more specifically from Matt Treichel. More

He truly made sure I got the best deal within my budget. Tim had the car prepped for my take away in less than 24 hours. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork and to be presented with options for extended warranty, wheel & tire plans, etc. Jason H. was there to sort me out with a no pressure approach to offering these options.
