Greg and Jason were great to work with. Greg was an excellent salesperson and really knew his cars- something I find to be very rare in most dealerships. We had also test driven the car at Greg was an excellent salesperson and really knew his cars- something I find to be very rare in most dealerships. We had also test driven the car at another dealership before visiting North Penn. Greg reviewed some of the features of the car. When he realized we knew most of the details about the car, he simply give us the keys and allowed us to take our own test drive. When we returned 15 minutes later Greg had all of the purchase/lease numbers available. The pricing he gave us was substantially better than what we had received from other dealerships. Greg made the transaction very easy. No make you wait or meet the manager games. The transaction was quick. Greg gave me a brief list of information he needed to complete the transaction. This information took less than 10 minutes to gather and complete. Upon picking up the car, Jason was very good in his review of the options available and did not pressure us to purchase extra cost options. He thoroughly explained the lease details. Greg did an incredible job reviewing all of the features of the car and how to use them. This was much more than I have ever received from any other dealer- ever. I would recommend North Penn VW, Greg and Jason for any VW purchase. More

Brendon and Jason were awesome to work with I was leaning towards a VW but had not totally made up my mind. USED CAR NIGHTMARE (do not stand behind there cars) Purchased a used car from this dealer. we bought cars from North Penn Mazda before so i though we can trust this dealer. I was wrong. so far we owned Purchased a used car from this dealer. we bought cars from North Penn Mazda before so i though we can trust this dealer. I was wrong. so far we owned this car fro 6 months and already been to the dealer twice. transmission issues moon roof not closing and the seat belt indicator not working properly. at this point i figured i bought a bad car. Derick offered to buy back the car at a very low price due to the recall. we just bought the car at top dollar when it was on his lot 6 months ago.he though it was a deal of a life time. when my wife and looked into this deal we where actually just getting our money back for a warranty we bought. my wife wanted to talk to Derick so he can explain this deal to her. after she talked to him he mention this like "i did not even want to sell a car to you guys, but i have too" "your offending me" my wife was so upset and felt like she was talked down too and left the dealership crying. so at this point they claimed they fixed the car so i came and picked it up. the car's transmission still dose not work properly and the "new" moon roof is making loud noises as it closes. i guess i have to take this to another dealer to get fixed properly. More
