Our salesman Tim Jessatt, secured the car we wanted and had me fill out the credit application on-line prior to our appointment to expedite the whole process. It worked like charm.. After Jason Hartman walked us through our options for about 30 minutes, we signed the papers. Then Tim gave me a great tutorial on the options and features of the car (a new Passat).
