Clearly an experienced sales team who know VW's. Other dealers we experienced employed sales people with less than 6 months experience and no clue about basic features. Finance and paperwork were a breeze with John who thoroughly reviewed and explained everything as concisely as possible. A wealth of resources at North Penn VW and a true pleasure to work with.
