My car-buying experience at North Park Lincoln was actually very strange and ended up as one of the poorest experiences ever. I contacted them regarding a low-mileage 2020 Mercedes S560 advertised as actually very strange and ended up as one of the poorest experiences ever. I contacted them regarding a low-mileage 2020 Mercedes S560 advertised as a new arrival. The sales team took their time to reach me but we connected and I received some scattered information about the car. I did express my interest in moving forward and the salesperson, Jennifer, promised to contact me the next morning since it was already very late in TX (I am in CA). She reached out next morning and we communicated on the phone and via text and I agreed to purchase the car at the asking price, in writing. I suggested leaving a deposit to secure the car while we complete the next steps and she agreed and stated she would call me shortly to get things going. All was going well I thought so far. But, 1/2 hour later she called and said the S-class has an oil leak and the used car manager is reluctant to spend $2500 to fix the oil leak and is debating whether to fix the car or send it to a wholesaler. Since the car was still under the manufacturer's warranty, I suggested having Mercedes fix the oil leak under warranty. I received verbal acknowledgment that Jennifer would discuss it with the manager and get back to me. At the very end of the day, I got a super-short text message from Jennifer that stated the used car manager decided to not retail the car and will be disposing of it through a 3rd party. I wrote back and suggested that I was willing to still buy the car and waive any claims related to the oil leak but received no response. A day went by with no communication so I reached out again and was informed that, actually, the S-class was sold to a "3rd party" who paid extra to purchase the car above asking! This is very strange to me but I believe that information is actually correct. I believe the car had no oil leak and the dealership fabricated the story to scare me off. They had also suggested, briefly, that maybe I can pay them $2500 (on top of the asking) to fix the leak at which point I reminded them that car was still under full factory warranty and Mercedes would have fixed it at no charge. This was maybe a way to get me to pay $2500 more over their asking? Regardless, I believe the oil leak was a fabricated issue and the dealership is run by an unethical managerial team who did not honor the agreement Jennifer and I had about the purchase of the car and ended up selling the car, probably for $2500 more over asking, to whomever that 3rd party entity supposedly is. Again, very unethical and unprofessional, in my book. My recommendation is to always steer away from dealers who resort to lying and have no idea what professional conduct is. The GM of the dealership, Diego Iturbe, should be ashamed to be leading the management team at North Park Lincoln. More
I just picked up my 2023 Lincoln Aviator from North Park Lincoln in San Antonio. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend him and Northstar Lincoln. My wife and I both have only great things to say about Anthony and the process he took us through. We're both happy customers! More

Every aspect of my car purchase and delivery was very poor. During shopping, they were very slow to respond, which ended up causing me to miss Lincoln's special rate financing by 1 day. When I decided to make the purchase, they said the car would be ready by noon that day, so I made an appointment to go in at 2:00 because the salesman said that time would work best for him. When I got there, he was not available so I had to start over with someone else, and the car was not ready. The financing terms that the salesman told me about did not materialize and the reaction of the financing department was "that's why they need to talk to us before they make commitments." I stayed until about 6:00 and the car still wasn't ready, so they told me they would deliver it to me the next day. We arranged a drop off time and location. The time was picked by the salesman because that is what would work for him. He was over an hour late. I had to ask several times to get my certified warranty documentation before they finally sent it to me. It took 20 days for them to pay off my previous car loan, which cost me 20 days of interest. They didn't even send it to the credit union for 7 days, and then they mailed it instead of doing a wire transfer. In the end the sales manager got to the monthly payment I needed, but only because I put money down that I was not planning to do and was not included in the financial representation that the salesman made. These folks talk a good game but please be very wary if you shop there. More

Ricky Tejeda is the best new car salesman with whom I have ever worked. He met us at the door and devoted his attention to us for at least an hour as we considered the purchase of an Aviator and he follo have ever worked. He actually acted as if he wanted our business! When we agreed to the purchase he facilitated the paperwork by discussing our time crunch situation with the finance department and we were in and out in flash. More
