Yesterday, 31 July 2023, I purchased a new Silverado 1500 from North Park Chevrolet. The Sales Associate who helped me complete the purchase, Mr. Reggie Higginbottom, demonstrated the highest adherence to t from North Park Chevrolet. The Sales Associate who helped me complete the purchase, Mr. Reggie Higginbottom, demonstrated the highest adherence to the dictates of customer satisfaction that I have ever encountered. Personable, friendly and with a sense of humor that I find reflects someone of the highest levels of integrity; someone who elicits complete trust, Mr. Higginbottom is a consummate professional who I would recommend everyone go to when in the process of selecting a vehicle. Everyone I met at North Park Chevrolet was extremely friendly and visibly determined to make all customers feel at ease. Mr. Higginbottom went above and beyond any I have known. It only took a simple greeting to know that I would be treated with courtesy and honesty. I cannot thank Mr. Higginbottom enough for his interaction with me on this purchase. Today, 1 August 2023, I returned to North Park Chevrolet to have a spray-on bed liner applied and running boards installed. I was prepared for the wait as Mr. Higginbottom had explained would be necessary in order to complete these add-ons. I was prepared and the wait was not a problem. On arrival at the service department, I was greeted by Mr. Al Flores. Here is a technician with an infectious smile, bubbling personality and a distinctive determination to make everyone waiting in the service department feel as if their individual needs are of paramount importance. He repeatedly asked me if I'd like water, coffee, a ride to a local restaurant while waiting for my vehicle service to be completed, or anything else that I might need. Most importantly, he did that for EVERYONE! I am going to be a life-long (for however long that may be) devotee of North Park Chevrolet for all my vehicle needs. Bob Gratkowski More
My mom recently passed. Her dealer advised me to surrender her vehicle to any gm financial dealership. I chose NP because of our long standing relationship. Never again! Never again will I utter another positive word about them or do business. They had me waiting over an hour for a 4 min exchange. When the general sales manager Jeremy finally graced me with his presence he said the words every customer who’s purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership longs to hear “what do you need” I stated my reason the manager replied “oh. sorry.” I guess because I wasn’t a sale- I didn’t deserve the show of kindness. I was filled with grief from the loss of my mom and the treatment that I was given is something I will never forget. This dealership used to be our number one choice- the decline is sad to see. Thank you Jeremy and Harrison for a memorable experience. Jeremy, when there is loss you will think of that person and the love they showed not how many vehicles they sold or bought. I feel sorrow for you. More
Took my truck for an oil change in Dec. in March I heard a knocking on my engine. When I checked the oil level there was no oil. I have no leaked nor was my truck burning oil. I called service and service manager preferred to blame me rather than take responsibility that his techs had made a mistake. Besides, Micky (service manager) was very rude. It’s been a long ride- sad that it’s ending because those that generate the payoff checks aren’t being transparent in their practice. Because they never sent a payment out as promised with the first 10 day pay off request- we made small payments to hold off on that daily interest piling up. They then rerun a new payoff quote which technically according to my math is now less than the amount they agreed to purchase the vehicle from us for. The payoff reps are trying to pass off a screenshot of a new payoff quote as proof of payoff on the original date they stated on the 2 of march. Why lie? And where is the legitimate proof??? We value our credit, please value us as long standing customers with great credit and pay off that vehicle that has clearly already been resold. Please. More

After working with another dealership over two days, long distance, due to how much they had the Malibus discounted at, was very disappointed when they tacked on $2,495 of vehicle accessories. I could not afford the regularly prcied malibus but with the discount I could. Started looking around and found North Park Cheverolet. When I called I was passed to Tony Medrano, explained my situation and got a more reasonable quote without high priced accessories. Even after get multiple bids, in value and price North Park was better. We flew into San Antonio, ubered over, got a brand new car for the price we almost paid for a 2 year old used car. No pressure to add other accessories except the ones I wanted, even set us up on the app to get the rewards point to put it toward all weather mats. Financing was great and no pressure to add additional, but we did since it was our daughter's first car. The experience was great and my daughter got everything she wanted with a major discount in a brand new car. Would recommend this dealership and Anthony "Tony" Medrano. More
