At Miami Car Credit yosvani was very honest and showed me my credit report and turned out wasn't that bad so he showed me several options until I found car that I really liked. The whole process was smooth. You have to ask for him if you want a great customer service!!!!!!! More

I didn't want to come in because i thought I was loosing my time so he told me that we could do everything online so I sent him all the info needed and next thing I knew I was approved!!!! I drove to the dealer and we wrapped everything up in less than 40 minutes. Yosvani took his time to show me my options and WASN'T the typical pushy salesperson. The selection of automobiles available at this dealership is really impressive. Chances are very good you will find what you are looking for on their lot. It's impressively large. I went in with my own financing that I thought was rock solid and could not be beat. I'm happy to say that I was wrong. They found me a better deal, and it was with a company that I had more familiarity with. That also sped up the process because they had easier dealings with that bank as well. I can not say enough about my salesperson, Alfredo Rodriquez. He had to deal with me on three different days as I narrowed in on what I wanted. He kept very flexible hours for me, for which I'm very thankful. I never felt like I was dealing with the stereotypical used car salesman. There was never a hard sell. I always felt like he was straight forward and honest, because he was. Sometimes you just feel in your gut when you can trust someone. Alfredo gave me this feeling throughout. He even helped me with a situation with my trade that had absolutely nothing to do with Miami Car Credit. I put A LOT of trust in him with this situation. And he did exactly what he said he would. I can't thank him enough. Lastly, I recently assisted someone else in buying a new car at another dealership. The amount of time I spent at Miami Car Credit was smoother and faster in dealing with the paperwork and finalizing the transaction. Often times, that can be the most excruciating part. They have a fairly simple system that I believe limits the aggravation. Everyone should shop prudently if looking to purchase a used automobile.
