The Best Car Experince First attempt was with the wrong sales guys. Now the 2nd attempt was with the Josias Serrano. He was friendly, patience and most important he listen and delivered. His performance as a salesman was the best I ever had throughout the year of me looking for a car. He talked with respect and have the up most knowledge of my choices of cars. Not to mention his work ethic was outstanding. I'm very happy and grateful I was really doubtful about getting a new car but my current car was in really bad shape. Yosvani told me to bring him my car and $500 down an he'll p I was really doubtful about getting a new car but my current car was in really bad shape. At first I thought this was another "buy here pay here" with messed up cars but I ended up getting a nice clean Altima 2015 with factory warranty and the best part is that didn't need more down. Yosvani is a very straight up guy who doesn't make you waste your time, if he say that he'll get you done... he will! More

This dealership has poor car credit. While I was preapproved by 2 other dealerships for 2 different autos. I decided to apply for credit at Miami car credit. I make close to $50,000 a yea While I was preapproved by 2 other dealerships for 2 different autos. I decided to apply for credit at Miami car credit. I make close to $50,000 a year with no credit card debt, no mortgage (paid off), and over 2 years at the same company. My credit rating was 600. These people wanted thousands of dollars to buy a car. The good dealerships will tell you "We don't finance your past, we finance your future." This dealership only finances your past. They won't even TELL you how much they want as a down payment. You have to tell them. If you ask them "How much do you want as a down payment?" They will tell you "How much will you give us?" Then they call you back and say "No not good enough." "How much more will you give us?" So they don't serve any customers. The customer has to serve them. What I should do is pull up to their dealership with my new car I purchased from the other dealership and tell them "Look at my new car I bought from this other dealership that you wouldn't approve." This dealer is amazing! To say that this people are great is an understatement, they are amazing. I don't know how but regardless my back credit they got me approved in a 201 To say that this people are great is an understatement, they are amazing. I don't know how but regardless my back credit they got me approved in a 2016 Kia Optima that runs like brand new. First I'll start with Yosvani, he is one of the best salesman that I have ever met. His service is beyond excellent, he take time to truly listen to you and resolve any situation that you may have. He's positive and don't rush you to make a decision. The managers are very friendly, not the typical arrogant managers and the finance guy Greg very useful. I'm enjoying my car and I recommend you to check this people out before going somewhere else.
