After the arrival we where greeted by Yosvani which was very professional and polite during the whole transaction. I was set on a car but when I saw it in person it wasn't the same, the car was smaller than what I expected and I got discouraged because I expended 2 weeks researching and I thought this was the one. Yosvani took his time and showed me options, finally he showed the car with the perfect size and a lot more options that what I imagined and I fell in love instantly. We worked with sales rep, Jennifer Hernandez, who was awesome. She helped us work with our bank and the shipper to get the car that we wanted at the price that my son could afford. The car was exactly as described!!! Hurricane Matthew was hitting Miami as the sale was going thought and she made sure that our car was protected inside the showroom and got it shipped as soon as possible.
