We were called from the Lehman Toyota Dealership some time ago with the special offer to trade in the leased car before the old lease expired. We gave it a try. Karl Khalil was very attentive. I used the Internet with a Consumer Report and AAA fair price which was the same as other dealerships in the area. When given a trade in value that was lower than another dealership, the salesperson gave m price which was the same as other dealerships in the area. When given a trade in value that was lower than another dealership, the salesperson gave me the same price. When I bought the car, they took a down payment but then I had to wait for a check to clear to fully purchase it, but they allowed me to take the car without the check clearing. All in all, Fouad, the salesperson and the other members of the team were pleasant enough to deal with. However, I would never even attempt to buy a care without the Internet pricing guarantee to start with. More
