RUN AWAY!!! Do not buy car here. Worst used car buying experience in the world. This place sells junk! Terrible customer service. Will be filing report with the BBB. In the beginning everything was good, very friendly easy communication. Once car was bought everything came tumbling down. No one coordinates. No replies to calls or text messages. In the first two weeks of having the car had to take it to service 5 times. Nothing was fixed and after that service kept car for 7 days claiming they were working on it and sending it to be checked out. Showed up to dealership my car was parked off in the corner collecting dirt and didn't appear to have anything done to it. Service manager is a bold face liar. Claimed car was being sent plantation ford on Monday. I show up there Tuesday and yes! My car is there. Only after I asked for proof of plantation fords findings did he reveal the so called Monday appointment was cancelled. I asked him twice for proof of what was done to the car and nothing. Getting someone to follow up is like pulling teeth. By simply driving my car it's very obvious that it has been in an accident and something serious is wrong with it. This all started the second day of me owning the car. But don't take my word for it. Just walk up to their service center and ask the customers that are there why they are there? 10 out of 10 will tell you there's something mechanically wrong with their car. I've purchased 4 used cars before this one and this is my biggest regret in the world. I've never had problems before. I pray that I find a way to reverse this purchase because I didn't get what I paid for. I don't know how a place that sells cars in such horrendous conditions is even in business. Please go anywhere else. Don't waste your hard earned money here. More
