I researched vehicles on the world wide web on a Friday and came across the North Hills Toyota Dealership. Called on Saturday morning and spoke with Jordan to set up a 2:00pm test drive. When my wife and I arrived I asked for Jordan who introduced us to our sales rep Craig Conway. Both of these employees were friendly, courteous, personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Craig as he was able to answer all of our questions. Also need to mention Mike of the finance department, thanks for crunching the numbers one last time. From start to finish the process took about four hours. It was time well spent! This is my first Toyota that I have purchased and I’m enjoying the ride everyday. I would without hesitation recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Hats off to NHT. Two thumbs up!! More

Both of them were friendly and accomodating in every way. I honestly cannot think of any detail that was not addressed. I not only would highly recommend the dealership but I would recommend dealing specifically with those individuals for the sales process. I will definitely recommend the dealership and these employees to any friends of my own who are in the market for a vehicle. With all the competition in today's market I realized, after visiting four other dealerships and driving their cars, that Toyota was a great option for me. At my first meeting Craig showed me two of the various models offered, but I was still undecided. I did come back the next week and took a test drive because I had narrowed my choice to a Camry. Craig was knowledgeable and friendly and let me know that he was available to assist me when I was ready to purchase. He did spend time to determine what my actual needs were, as well as what I wanted, and searched inventory to find me the best choice. He also told me about the customer care options that even included free car washes! The total cost of ownership was explained which made my decision even easier. Unlike other dealerships, instead of putting down the competition, he showed my how superior Toyota was and addressed my concerns. I was treated with respect and courtesy and never made to feel my questions were foolish. It's a big purchase and you should feel confident about your choice. I love my new Toyota and have already recommended Craig to others. This Toyota experience was exceptional. More

Overall my expereince with North Hills Toyota was subpar. They were very helpful with my experience in buying a car. They were more then willing to take their time to work with me to find a car that was reli They were very helpful with my experience in buying a car. They were more then willing to take their time to work with me to find a car that was reliable and in my price range. Although they did a great job, I do have some complaints. After bringing in all of my required documents when I first bought my car, they said they were not needed. HOWEVER I was asked to come back two seperate times because they mistakenly "forgot" to take my documemts, even though I asked them if they needed them during the initial deal. Next, some of the employees were a little bit too 'friendly' with me. I came there to buy a car, not to get hit on and to be asked on dates. They claim how many cars they sell to women. Maybe that is because they spend so much time flirting with their customers then actually respecting them. Some people may fall for this, but it was not something I was very fond of. I do not want to say that I did not have a good experience there, they do a good job with what they do, it is just important that they respect all of their customers. More
