Mr Ricky Bridgelall from the sales department. You cannot have a 5 star dealership without 5 star people. From my experience with Ricky, through the finance department, and OTD! I went for a new forester with a costco certificate. with no cars available it was useless. the salesman could use a new personality. they had a car coming in next month. the pricing is over the top . a car no cars available it was useless. the salesman could use a new personality. they had a car coming in next month. the pricing is over the top . a car that dealers pay 26120 msrp is 28,845. and they come out with a price of 40,000. i went to another dealer and secured a car for 34000. these are out the door prices. subaru and other dealers are suffering from few available cars new and used. so they are trying to make up for this buy overcharging you by up to 20% .subaru sales are down 2 years in a row. not a good sign.
