Great experience first time I've been shopping for a used vehicle my last vehicles were all leases. I did a lot of Internet searching and ended up speaking to Maddie because they had a car there that I thought was a good deal for me she sent me up with Kelvin who helped me with that car but it wasn't right for me after you listen to all the things I was looking for he showed me a vehicle with low mileage way better then I had seen online anywhere and I ended up getting that car and I love it! Corey helped me with the financing and he was very lovely to work with and I even was able to get my insurance set up right there with Quan! Patty and service helped me with getting the inspection completed and I look forward to taking my car back for all my service needs. Fantastic experience!

I would like to write a review featuring Vanessa. I went from a 21 yr. old car with basic features to a 2025 Forester with features that I swore I needed a pilot's license to figure out. Vanessa has been there every step of the way with a boat load of patience taking extra time to explain, demonstrate and watch me execute the various controls. I have had the car for 5 mos. and I am still able to call her to help with the features I don't yet know. I can't sing her praises enough, and I can't thank her enough for all her help. She has added to the great experience I had with North Fort Lauderdale Subaru.

The salesperson was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and seemed knowledgeable. When the sales manager came, he was the same. There was no pressure keeping me there to "buy today" like other dealerships. They checked back once and didn't inundated me with calls and texts afterward. They respected my time frame. The best car shopping experience ever.

My experience here is always good. These people have been servicing my Subaru for the past few years since they have been at this location. This month I purchased a Crosstrek from them. The process was made easy by Vanessa, Chris, John and Emile. Ingrid helped me understand my electronics. Everyone performed like a well oiled machine and that was so nice to work with.
