Professionally Handled Purchase AJ was our salesman. He was quite friendly and well-informed about the different models we considered. We were given details on each type and settled on a Forester after a test drive. The pickup of any car we chose was of concern to us. AJ was correct in that the Forester was very satisfactory from our point of view. As we went through the process we noted that the "pressure" so common in our previous purchases of other types of cars was NOT there. We were treated respectfully and patiently. Rafael, the manager, chatted with us for a bit and he too was not like the typical car guy who is only interested in selling. The "background hurry-up and decide stress" in our conversations was not there as I expected from my history of previous car deals. Carl made the financial arrangements go very smoothly. He too, was first-class. In the end all 3 men made the process MUCH more pleasant than we had expected. From our experience you will be pleased with the whole team.
