Hello, My name is Marty Babineau GM of North End Subaru Mazda. I want to first and most importantly apologize for the poor follow up on behalf of a couple of my employees. I have been the GM since Colonial purchased these dealerships in 2005. I have policies and procedures that are supposed to ensure things like this never happen. I am sorry to say that indeed those procedures were not followed with you at all. I am embarrassed by the chain of events that lead me here. I can assure you, you are indeed a customer and as important to us as when you purchased your pre owned Subaru. I have my Service Manager JJ O'Neil calling you and setting you up with a loaner, and I will be personally involved in the follow up with your Subaru. I will have JJ call you and he will be your contact from here on forward, and if you need anything from me, please don't hesitate to call me. If you reach my answering machine I can assure you, I will call you back as soon as I get the message. Again this is not the way I expect my staff to conduct themselves. From the first call until the third call the system I have in place was ignored, and I can assure you it was dealt with. Moving forward I promise you, JJ and myself will be on top of this issue, until you are completely satisfied. Again I am embarrassed by the actions of a couple of salesman that are supposed to represent North End Subaru. I will be meeting with my entire management staff to ensure this does not happen again.
