Frank went out of his way to get us in the cars we wanted to test drive and to find the colors that we wanted to see in person, not on the computer. It was an excellent experience and he spent significant time outside of his normal work hours to get us what we needed. It was an excellent experience with him, and at the end when we had made a decision, with Jesse to get some of the deal arrangements finalized.
