Brand new WRX scratched up rocket panel and hood after service. Had to fight with managers to have them accept those were not there before I brought the car. Also had an appointment to put tires on spec service. Had to fight with managers to have them accept those were not there before I brought the car. Also had an appointment to put tires on specific set of rims, they waited until the rims were dropped off to tell me they couldn't put the tires on them. Place is a bunch of lazy idiots More

While driving on Veterans Day my tire had a nail puncture. Fortunately I was close to North End Subaru, drove in without appointment, they were very helpful, fixed the tire within one hour, and wou puncture.
