Not happy. Rep insinuated I blew the fuse in the middle console which I didn’t know existed. Both fuses had not been used, with a new car I hope it wasn’t delivered that way. Wonder if sales or service used it before we bought it. When I called for an appointment I was told it would be covered under the new car warranty. Very surprised when I was charged for the service and the fuses. When we purchased our new Outback we were told the first small “ ding “ would be repaired. Service rep stated the policy had changed and now it was during the first 90 days of ownership. Should not apply to our vehicle ( grandfather rule ). Very unhappy with our first initiated service request. If a dealership can’t stick to policy at the point of sale and from initial call to service what can we expect in the future? I hope North End Subaru will do better in the future and live up to its statements at time of sale. Phil Polakowski. Please pass this on to management. More

The service at the dealership was excellent. They worked for several weeks to diagnose a problem with the vehicle not starting, initially thinking it was an electrical issue but finally discovered that it w for several weeks to diagnose a problem with the vehicle not starting, initially thinking it was an electrical issue but finally discovered that it was a fuel problem as the vehicle would turn over but not fire.
