Hello, and again thank you for your comments. We always appreciate both positive and negative comments, and hope to learn from each. We price our packages competively with local service station, and other subaru dealerships. You have an option to get only a tire rotation and OLF for about $50.00. The $129.00 dollars is our 7500 mile service. It is a reccomended service by the manufacturer. It involves a little bit more than just a tire rotation and a OLF. There are a lot of mopvable parts that are tightened, and checked for your safety, and longevity of the automobile. Axle boots, and joints may come loose, or suspension bolts and steering components. The $500.00 dollars you are speaking about covers a lot more than a tune up. Its probably the most important service you will do on a car. There is a free website call www.repairpal.com. This site is for customers looking for the lowest prices and best value. If you try this site in the future for these services, you will see that we are competitive and in most cases, lower than the competition. Also remember we use only original factory parts. You can go to a jiffy lube and maybe get a 30k service for $50.00 less, but you also get what you pay for. So I hope you will visit this free site, and see for yourself we are truly competive with the market. Also always inquire about our coupons, so that you do get the lowest price. And most important, subaru's have the highest resale value in the market today. So you may spend a little, but in the end the overall cost of owning a subaru is one of the best values out there. Again don't take my word for it, you can visit sites like edmund, and read the experts. So in closing, I hope this gives you a better understanding. And most importantly, we care about you our customer. And I agree with you 100% we can always agree to disagree, and still remain friends. Your comments are important to us.
