North End Subaru

I have been looking for a new car for a couple of months. Visited many dealerships. Sunday I decided to take a ride to Northend Subaru My salesman Bob Waite met me immediately with a hand shake. He asked me a little about myself. We talked for awhile should me a Subaru Legacy. At that point I told him I had never even sat in a Subaru. Well he said lets take it for a ride. We did just that and I must have said "WOW" or "Oh My God" I don't remember how many times. What an awsome car. I also drove an Impreza liked it but fell in love with the Legacy. I asked Bob if I could take it to show my wife which was about 45 min away he said sure take your time. I thought that was great. When I came back from showing my wife. He met mwe at the door asked me how she liked it, what a silly question "she loved it". Bob and North End treated me so good through the whole process of buying a car all the way through the delivery on mon.When I picked my hew car up Bob introduced me to the service manager. I thought that was pretty cool. This was the best experience I have ever had purchaseing a car. Oh ya and by the way I've already told everybody this is the best place to buy a car. They were recommended to me by someone who lives about a mile away from them based on service work that was done. This is my 2nd Subaru in 11 years. The first one I bought from Ric and now he runs the Service Department. James O'Neal is also a friendly and knowledgeable service guy but I keep going back mostly because o from Ric and now he runs the Service Department. Service is thorough and they keep you informed of upcoming problems and a time frame to deal with them. Unlike some places that will tell you they have to do these 5 things, North End will let you know what should be done but never pressure you into doing them. They will work with you to do the amount of work you want done. I like the coupons and specials they email me regularly, and remind me of service. I have had new cars from 6 different dealers but I think North End is head and shoulders above the rest (at least the ones I have dealt with). More
