I found their trade value VERY aggressive compared to three other dealers and they came in lower then other dealers for a new 12' Impreza Sport. Right out of the gate, I was met with nothing but professionalism from Kristin and Frank. Some slight sales pressure was added on the first day I was on the lot but that is expected given the nature of the business. Regardless, Kristin and Frank worked with me find the exact vehicle, color, accessories, etc. In about a week, I received my new vehicle all shiny and new. There was a slight misunderstanding with some of the accessories that were supposed to be added but they made right and took care of me. I can't say enough about this experience and really appreciate the exceptional customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Kristin and Frank. More

He's a respectful, very nice, very smart, low-pressure sales professional who knew exactly how to sell us our car. Working with business manager Tom Liddle was also a pleasure. Again, we found him to be highly personable, low-pressure, and thoroughly professional. In fact, everyone on the sales staff treated us well. When we asked for a local restaurant recommendation for lunch, they were more than happy to give one. Lunenberg is not the closest Subaru dealership to us, but it was absolutely worth the drive. We'll be taking our new Subaru to be serviced there, too. We love driving our new STI. More

I bought my first car from North End last August and was very impressed with the overall experience. I was in an accident (not my fault) and my Subaru Impreza was declared a total loss. Everyone I dealt with was extreamly professional, friendly and helpful working together to find me a vehicle that perfectly fits my needs. I picked my vehicle up today and could not be happier with the whole experience... I was somewhat stressed out when I walked in the door because of the manner in which I was treated by my insurance company. Within minutes of my arrival the sales manager Frank Capoccia greeted me and spoke in such a kind reassuring manner that I immediately felt relaxed and knew that all would be well again in my world....and it is. North End Subaru and it's employees Frank Capoccia, Frank Lajoie, Bob Waite, Greg Nuorimo and Tom Liddle made both my Subaru purchases a pleasant experience and are a credit to their employer. I have been bringing my 2009 Legacy to Northend Subaru from the time of purchase. I now have almost 90,000 miles on it. I knew I was do for a 90,000 mile service and it was going to be a bigger service th from the time of purchase. I now have almost 90,000 miles on it. I knew I was do for a 90,000 mile service and it was going to be a bigger service than normal. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by smiling faces and no big mob of people. The service department seemed to be very busy and straight forward. I was given a loaner for the day at no cost which was a great relieve because my ride had to cancel. The Service Manager John along with his partner Rick got me going and on my way quickly. Here is the kicker I received a phone call later on that day with the need to replace the front brake pads and resurface the front rotors. The price seemed a little high at first so I mentioned I would call them back. I quickly call a Sears and another local Garage that does Subaru repairs. I was evry surprised to see that Northend was only $18.00 more . The difference is that I can count on my Subaru still being a Subaru and not some aftermarket half Subaru. I called back to authorize the work and Rick told me to my surprise the car would still be ready today. I was thinking to myself this guy knows what he is doing. I came in later in the day after service had closed and went to pay my bill. I ran into a Sales Manager by the nam,e of Jesse who helped me get my car and pay my will,,which was lower than the orginial quote..Jesse was such a pleasure to talk to that I came back a week later and purchased a New Subaru from him. I kept my old one and will give it to my Daughter in May.. Thanks Guys for making service service again..The only real service department.. More
