I purchased my car from Dave Graves as I said, 2 years ago. I was extremely impressed at that time with the friendly service, attention to detail when explaining the various aspects of the car, and showing a film on the safety features of the car. Since that time, I have continued to bring my car in for service. The reason for the follow-up review is to share that my experience was not unique. I have since recommended North End Subaru and, specifically, Dave Graves to several friends and co-workers. All of have gone, and purchased a vehicle from him. Every one said the same thing, it was a stress-free no pressure approach with someone who put them at ease and did not feel like they were being "fed a sales line". You know a salesperson is telling the truth when they in fact also own a Subaru. The reason for the follow up is this. I recently purchased a new phone and was having difficulity pairing with the car. When I called Dave Graves to ask for advice he, without hesitation, told me to bring the car to him and he would help me. To me, that means alot.
